The Automation House is the online shop of Arran Group Limited, a certified Loxone partner based on the Isle of Arran in Scotland. We supply Loxone smart-home and building automation products to homeowners, installers and businesses across Great Britain.
How your order reaches you
We work closely with Loxone. Your order is dispatched by Loxone UK from its UK warehouse and delivered by courier directly to your door, so products do not pass through Arran on the way. We stay your point of contact throughout: for advice before you buy, questions about your order, returns and warranty.
Advice before you buy
Loxone is a complete system rather than a box of separate gadgets. If you are not sure which Miniserver, extensions, sensors or switches you need, tell us about your home or building and we will help you choose the right parts.
For businesses
Every order comes with a VAT invoice, and trade customers are welcome. If you are planning a project for a care home, hotel or estate, see Business & projects.
