Mounted on the ceiling, it detects people in the room and measures brightness, so lighting, heating and other functions can respond to how spaces are actually used.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eWhat it does\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA passive infrared sensor with a 360° detection field registers presence and movement, while the integrated light sensor makes sure lights only come on when it is actually dark enough to need them. The same sensor can also act as an intrusion detector within the Loxone alarm system.
